Who’s Rocking It?

Sarah’s students are doing amazing things! They’re fronting their own rock bands, attending performing arts schools, and competing for roles in Broadway shows. Check out these student testimonials:

Tara Uncles

“Ms. Pramstaller is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had! She’s helped raise my confidence in performing and has helped me improved as a singer and dancer. She also helped me find Nocturnal Rush, the band I was in, which was an amazing experience! She is really an amazing person!”

— Tara Uncles
Sophomore at Chantilly High School

Lead vocalist of Nocturnal Rush singing original title song:

Eric Wuerfel

“I’ve only been taking lessons from Ms. Pramstaller for about four months now, and already my voice has improved tremendously. Ms. Pramstaller has taught me how to use my voice, and she always explains things in a way that I always understand. She has not only helped improve my voice, but also my performing skills. I’ve gained a lot of confidence since starting lessons with Ms. Pramstaller, and it shows in my performing.”

Where Are They Now?

Sofie Kapur
Anders Kapur

Sofie and Anders Kapur, former students of Sarah Pramstaller at The Paul Green School of Rock in Manhattan. Now recording and performing with “The NowhereNauts” in New York City.

When I first saw Sofie Kapur, I had no idea she was the lead singer of The NowhereNauts. As the New York-based, four-member band prepared to take the stage last night at Southpaw, Kapur stood around looking unassuming, disinterested, even a bit shy. But as soon as the music started, a switch turned on. Suddenly Kapur was belting into the microphone with a beautiful voice that suggested both vulnerability and attitude.
